In the journey of life, sisterhood is the compass that guides us, the map that shows us the way, and the light that leads us home.

Welcome to Sunrise Sisterhood, a warm and welcoming collective for women.  We started on the Sunshine Coast just 12 months ago with 5 girlfriends, it has now grown to 30 to 50 women each week. We create a safe and supportive space for women to come together, learn from each other, and support our overall well-being through practices like mindfulness, meditation, connection, and movement.

Sunrise Sisterhood is more than a community; it's a home away from home, where you can find support, friendship, and a shared journey towards greater wellness and joy.

AND the most exciting thing is..  we are taking this all over Australia.  So you might just see one in a town near you!
